Hey! I'm Sara
Sara attended Shepherd University where she received a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. She went on to obtain her Masters in Counseling Psychology and Addictions Certificate at Frostburg University.

Western Maryland focusing on inpatient, outpatient, crisis, and IOP services. Following graduation, she continued her experience in various settings including outpatient and inpatient services. She has provided treatment for students within the school system through project aware, outpatient services including group, individual, family, and telehealth services. Aside from therapy, she has been trained in NADA protocol acupressure/acupuncture, perinatal/postpartum support, integrative practices, and neurofeedback. Sarah has provided individual counseling at 3 different practices, including community mental health. Sara currently works with all ages, providing family support, parenting support, co-occurring treatment, perinatal/ postpartum, and individual therapies. Sara also has a military background and has a history of working with military members and their families. Sara is currently providing in person and telehealth services.
